G-Free + Dairy Free Triple Chocolate Poke Cake

IMG_9788.JPG

This recipe has occurred because I have a new obsession with the brand Simple Mills and ALL of their products. They have cookies, crackers, muffin mixes, cake mixes and even icing. The brand is so simple (as the brand name suggests) and has limited ingredients. They are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, rice, and corn! It is the only brand I have found that that offers great ingredients along with great flavor, and it's a really big shame that I only found them a few weeks ago! Anything that I find that is boxed, I like to make sure that I can pronounce all of the ingredients, and that I know what's going into my body! After discovering the sweetened condensed coconut milk and loving how yummy the Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Gooey Bars were, I had to make more desserts with the stuff! Logan's Birthday is this week, and I am actually making him two cakes (don't judge me, I just like to celebrate him). This is the first one, and the second one will be on the blog later this week! SO, if anyone wants cake, you can come to my house because we will be having plenty of leftovers! Anyway, this cake has ALL of the chocolate things on it, with some coconut whipped topping to freshen it up a little bit! If you have anyone if your life that has food allergies, or you are just a little adventurous in the kitchen! You won't want to miss out on this recipe.
