How I feel Physically: CRAPPY.

How I feel Mentally: I think this may be a normal feeling, but I am over it. Mostly because I am anxious to start healing and feeling better again. I just want to be on the upswing. I am also feeling really physically tough. I haven't talked much about my birth plan in these blogs, but I will go into more detail about that soon. Although...I want NO haters. Everyone has a journey that is right for them and I don't feel like as a mom we have much control over what happens during delivery. We can just do our best and hope baby wants to work with us!

Happy of the Week: My momma being around is always happy. I was needing some family time this weekend and it was just what the doctor ordered. Just exploring Ann Arbor on Saturday night and eating yummy food. On Sunday, we completely finished my office space and it is PERFECT!! I am so in love with my creative space to work from home.

CRAVINGS: Peaches, I guess. I am honestly sick of food. Nothing ever sounds great. I just eat. and I miss cooking. My ribs hurt so bad that I can't spend as much time in the kitchen, and I am missing my yummy meals.

Things for Clarke: Momma Menke came to visit this weekend, so you know baby girl was spoiled! She got quite a few new cute outfits, hair bows, and some other special things I am going to keep a secret until I post a blog about them! I also packed my hospital bag this week, which felt nice to get finished. Way back when I was about 20 weeks pregnant, I decided that I wanted everything completely finished my the time I was 35 weeks, and I actually did it. haha I just didn't want to have to think about anything else and I really hate not getting things done that are on my to-do list. So... I feel good about it. Oh yeah, and lets not forget about my precious BFF that lives all the way in TX and sent me comfy PJs for the hospital!

Favorite Dinner: My fav dinner was from the garden! We sautéed cabbage, cauliflower mash, and had roasted chicken! The veggies were all from the garden and it was fun to make dinner with them!

Workouts: I guess they are what they are at this point. I am trying to be active and purposeful, but I cannot wait to make my comeback post baby and I just day dream about all of the fun things I am going to do after I have her.

Monday: 80 min PT

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 35 min PM walk with the fam

Thursday: 30 min AM walk with the fam

Friday: 45 min PM walk + 85 min PT

Saturday: 30 min treadmill walk + PT Ab moves + lower/upper body supersets with kettle bells (about 70 min total)

Sunday: OFF ( My legs were super sore from my workout on Saturday)

Thoughts of the week: Ready to be a momma.

Weight Gain: I have gained around 26-28 lbs so far. It really depends on the day. And to be honest, I am having some trouble intestinal issues...totally normal, but also makes me curious how much is weight and how much is just those issues...anyway.

Dog humor for the week...she is not allowed in the couch and didn't seem concerned when I asked her to get down...OHHH Zo! haha
